Setup & Handover

Your Launch package includes a one-off Setup & Handover fee of £100. This single fee covers both ends of the Launch relationship: the initial setup at the start, and the full handover of your domain and website at the three-month mark. The handover is prepaid within this fee — it is not a separate or additional charge.

The initial setup gets your whole online presence live. This includes:

• Purchase of your domain, or transfer of an existing domain via IPS tag, and setup on our infrastructure
• Initial build of your website
• A QR code for your business
• Setup of your Google Business Profile
• A domain-based business email address
• A flyer and brand kit
• Your first year of domain registration and hosting, covered by us

At the three-month mark we hand everything over to you. Your domain and website become fully yours to own and control, at no extra cost — the handover having already been paid for within your one-off setup fee. Launch is a defined engagement with a clear end and full ownership transfer, rather than an open-ended arrangement.

Edits Window

Your Launch package includes a three-month Edits Window for a one-off fee of £50. For the first three months after your site goes live, we will make edits and tweaks to your site so that everything is just right as your business settles in.

After the three-month window closes, further changes to your site are handled as ad-hoc work at our standard rates. This keeps your settling-in period generous while ensuring later changes are scoped and quoted fairly rather than treated as open-ended unpaid work.

12-Month Term

Partner plans run on a minimum 12-month term, starting on the day you sign up. An ongoing partnership only works when both sides commit for a meaningful period, and the 12-month term lets us plan and deliver your work properly across the year.

You can always settle the remainder of your term early if you would like to — see Early Payoff below.

Early Payoff

At any point during your 12-month term, you may pay off the remainder of your plan in full. The amount payable is simply the sum of the remaining monthly payments on your term — there is no discount, but equally there are no penalties and no extra charges.

Once your plan is paid in full, you are free to move on whenever you like. Paying in full is also one of the two triggers that allow you to take a full handover of everything we manage for you — see Offboarding below.

Loyalty Step-Down

If you stay with us beyond your first year, your monthly fee steps down to a lower loyalty rate as a thank-you for your continued partnership. After the initial 12-month term, your monthly fee changes as follows:

• Partner Growth: from £100 per month to £75 per month
• Partner Basic: from £50 per month to £30 per month
• Partner Professional: from £50 per month to £30 per month

This loyalty rate applies automatically once you pass the first 12 months of your plan.

Cancellation & Service Removal

You can cancel at any time. Because a Partner plan is a 12-month commitment, any remaining balance on your term becomes payable when you cancel. As with early payoff, you can always settle that balance in full, with no additional penalty.

If payments stop, or if the agreement between us is otherwise materially broken during the term, we reserve the right to pause or remove your services — including taking your website offline or setting it dormant — until matters are resolved. This is a clear, agreed remedy rather than an ambiguous one, and it protects both sides.

Offboarding

If you decide to leave and want to take everything with you, there is a one-off £100 offboarding fee. This fee is billed only when you exit — never at signup. It is triggered by either of the following:

• Reaching the natural end of your 12-month term, or
• Having paid your plan in full early (see Early Payoff).

On payment of the offboarding fee, we hand everything over to you: your domain, your website, your hosting and servers, and your domain and email management all transfer fully to you. From that point you own and control the lot. The fee covers the labour of a clean migration and full handover.
